95bat Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with or use any service provided by 95bat. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 95bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If proof of age cannot be provided to 95bat's satisfaction, your account may be suspended or closed and any balance forfeited.

It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in their location. 95bat makes no representation that the services are legally available in all jurisdictions. Players who access 95bat from a jurisdiction where such services are restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account with 95bat: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from 95bat; (c) persons acting on behalf of another individual; (d) 95bat employees, agents, consultants, or contractors, and their immediate family members. 95bat reserves the right to close any account found to be held by a prohibited person at any time.

Each player may hold only one account with 95bat. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited. 95bat may use technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player may be closed, and balances across all accounts may be forfeited. Bonuses and winnings generated on duplicate accounts will be voided.

95bat may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification may require the submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified will result in account restriction and may prevent withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify 95bat immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 95bat is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your credentials.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds. 95bat reserves the right to apply processing limits or to restrict specific payment methods at any time. Deposited funds are credited to your 95bat wallet balance and may be used immediately for betting and gaming activity.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account withdrawal section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 95bat reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically under fifteen minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to four hours. 95bat is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving institution.

All transactions on 95bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 95bat does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Where a player's payment provider applies an exchange rate, the player bears the cost of any currency conversion.

All bonuses awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players who have not previously held an account with 95bat. Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus offer on their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses and other ongoing promotions are subject to individual eligibility criteria set out on the relevant promotion page. 95bat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, the use of automated betting software, or any other form of fraudulent activity — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. 95bat actively monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns that may indicate bonus abuse.

All game outcomes on 95bat are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) streamed in real time. Once a bet or game round has been settled, the result is final. 95bat will not reverse or re-settle a result except where a technical error demonstrably altered the outcome of the game, at 95bat's sole determination.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 95bat will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Where a fault cannot be attributed to 95bat's systems and was caused by the player's device, browser, or internet connection, 95bat is not liable for any resulting losses. Bets already accepted by the platform prior to a technical fault are considered valid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 95bat: (a) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) exploiting software errors or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage; (c) colluding with other players; (d) match-fixing or using insider information in sports betting; (e) any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, and associated winnings and balances may be forfeited.
